Purchased Audiobooks not available to download, wont let me download unless I pay again! What can I do?

Hi Guys,

I bought around 10-15 audiobooks roughly a year ago for my iphone 4 and wanted to put them onto my newer iphone 5.

When I go to the download the cloud logo is not there, but only the price for me to pay before I can download.

Does anyone know how I can get access to these downloads again?

I dont have my old phone now so cant get them from that device:-(

Any Help??!!!
