i cant download from a disk on my usb superdrive beacause it doesnt show up in finder so i cant acess the files on it.
MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)
make sure you have the superdrive right side up, the rubber feet should be facing downward. also make sure the disc you are trying to play is a compatible format.
also open your finder preferences and make sure you have checked to show items on the desktop and within the finder window.
