On the phone, go to Settings/General/Software update.

Or connect your phone to your computer with the latest version of iTunes already installed. Click on the phone's name, then click the "Check for Update" button.

Go to settings - general - software update and update there.

Follow the instructions under the section "Update Using iTunes":

If you don't have access to wifi, then you will need to update through iTunes on your computer.

You have been give instructions on how to connect your iPhone to your computer and update it. Have you followed those instructions? If not, go do that now. If you have and you're still having problems, please explain what they are, what error messages you've gotten and what you've done so far to troubleshoot.

If you want to update your phone to iOS 6.1.4 and you don't have access to wifi then you need to update by connecting to your computer and do it through iTunes. You must follow the instructions you have already been given. If the instructions are not clear please tell us what is confusing in the instructions.

If the instructions do not work tell us EXACTLY what you did and what the results were. Include the error message you saw and the error number.
