Q: I can see the deleted messages in spotlight search, and my questions is can they be fully recovered?

So I was going through the spotlight search and found all my deleted imessages displaying. I was not able to read the messages completely cause the screen width is small. Is there a way to recover all the deleted messages displaying in spotlight?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3

You can recover it but not from spotlight, but from your backup http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1766 that's if those message were included in the backup prior to being deleted.
