    You cannot use Time Capsule with SIM card or USB stick wireless..

     

    Time Capsule should be plugged into a modem by ethernet. That is really the only useful way to use it.. although you can join it to a wireless network if you have no other options.. in that case it will be very slow and have absolutely no functionality other than as a hard disk accessible.. very slowly .. over wireless like from a hotspot device.
