Q: iTunes was working yesterday and now it won't connect on my 4s it's up dated and has a wifi and cellular connection what's going on

As I'm a fellow user I don't know when it might be fixed, but you could check that page occasionally to see when it's back up.

Thank you for explaining that iTunes is down - I see you have posted that in most (if not all!) of the threads about this problem.  If it weren't for you posting this, I wouldn't know that problem was on their end, not mine.  What a shame Apple can't be bothered to do what you are doing, and give us an idea of when it will be fixed.
