Did order 10.6 but received 10.6.3.
Do have 10.5.8 at this moment, so is upgrade possible to 10.6.3 ? Or do I need 10.6 ?

I see you gave yourself credit for Neil's correct answer. Never mind, you can update from 10.6.3 via the combo updater and follow up with software update to pick up the security updates.
Click on Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo v1.1 to download. Be aware it is a big program (40 minutes or more).
Just want to update to 10.6 which I ordered. But did receive 10.6.3.

The disk will take you to 10.6.3. After that, the updater I recommended will take you to 10.6.8.
10.6.6 was an intermediate step that has since been superceded by the 10.6.8. update. You should go to 10.6.8 because each update is an improvement in the system.
After you are at 10.6.8 you need to go to software update as a way of checking out the system because every now and then there would have been security patches to meet newly arising system needs.
