Force Podcast App To Re-Load Album Art

I had to restore my iPhone 5 from a backup recently and the Podcast app lost all of its album art. As my various podcast subscriptions have re-populated with new episodes, the app has been bringing back album art for them. However, on several of the podcasts, the app has put the wrong album art in the feed, even art from a podcast that has no relationship with the one in question.

My question: is there a way to get the Podcast app to re-load its album art in an effort to get it to correct the mistakes?
