Q: I can't sign into icloud

Everytime I try to sign into iCloud it says "iCloud encountered an error while trying to connect to the server" I checked the system status and iCloud is fully up and running please help me! If its any help I'm using the website not the application

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.3, Using windows XP
