How do I transfer music from 5th gen to newer i devices
Hi all,.....How do I transfer music from my 5th gen 30 GB to newer i devices like ipod touch and iphone 4.

To transfer the purchases from one device to another, you'll really be transferring from old device to computer, then computer to new device.
To transfer your purchased content from the device to iTunes on your computer:

Other media, such as from CDs, would need to be imported to the computer or, if the old iPod device is being synced to the computer you're using for this, then the media should already be in iTunes.
