Q: No record of sent emails when sent from a PC on icloud.com

When I'm at work and try to send an email via icloud.com the email sends, but I have no record of it in my sent email folder.  Why is this?  What do I do if I need to verify that the email was sent?  I am currently using Google Chrome as my search engine and have had the same problem with Mozilla Firefox  (my work computer is a PC).

    You might want to go to icloud.com, click Mail, click on the gear-shaped icon on the upper right and choose Preferences, then confirm on the General  tab that you have checked "Save sent email in" and the Sent folder in the drop-down list.
