Just downloaded latest iTunes and now having big problems. Trying to download rental movie; begins downloading, then the whole iTunes freezes up, can't close, exit, shift between store and library... Nothing. The download window (which I can open but not close) says "1.07 GB of 1.07 GB - stopped (err = 5102). Have deleted and reinstalled iTunes but same issue persists. Any help welcome.

If the rental is having an issue downloading and you have not been able to play it, then report the issue on your purchase.
