Cannot get past HBO Go activation
We have been using HBO Go on our Apple TV vis ATT Uverse for awhile with no issues. Today we cannot watch HBO Go because it keeps asking us to activate. I go to hbogo.com/activate on my laptop and enter the code shown on apple tv as instructed. Message says activation of apple tv successful, but when we try to play hbo go again, it gives us another activation code - we have restarted, shut down and tried to update software (software is up to date on apple tv).
HBO Go Help is not helpful and directs us to Att Uverse where i could not find anything helpful for troubleshooting this issue.
Anyone know how to get out of this cycle? And is it an HBO Go app issue, Apple TV issue or Uverse?
