Can't access Network Preferences
When I tried to access Network Preferences from the System Preference window, at the top says "Loading Network", however it never open.
Any help???

Step one is to log into a newly created admin user account and see if the problem persists.

I did as you said but the problem persists, also what I noticed is that before I had only this icon <---> next to the wireless icon, then after follow your step and log in with the new account another icon appeared it a telephone icon, another thing I forgot to mention is that this problem started after I install one of those internet mobile USB.
Well, I don't do wireless things, but you might uninstall the Internet mobile USB thing, whatever it is, and see if you can get the Network prefPane to load normally.
I have the same problem. The answers I can see don't help. Did you ever work it out? If so, please can you tell me how. Regards. Helen
