I live in Zambia, since my country is not lised I cannot I can only download free software? My credit card is not allowed to shop on iTunes! Please resolve this apple!!

If your credit card is not accepted in the app store, can you purchase and redeem iTunes gift cards for the specific country?
Apple would love to be able to provide the store services for every country. It would be almost like printing money - but there are restrictions placed on them in the country as far as content, as well as electronic monetary transfers.
Try the iTunes Gift card route.

I can't use my iPad productively because I can't buy the apps I need? When is this issue of availability going to be resolved? I can shop on the play store, amazon e-bay etc!!
