Q: wi fi greyed out

My WIFI has beeb greyed out for some time I did some wacky fix that I found on You tube but it has reverted back to greyed out again. i have been desperately trung to fix it without deleting all my photo's etc it is a nightmare !!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.4
