Also need to confirm that I can setup PowerPoint program on Mac Mini for presenters that use that format for their presentations.

You can mirror the Mini's screen to an Aple TV. Yo can also Mirror later IOS devices screen to a an Apple TV. Y can't mirror the Mini's screen to an iOS device, or an iOSs sceen to the Mini
