"Activate iPhone"

After I restarted my iPhone because the screen stopped responding, I got to an "Activate iPhone" screen right after the Startup. I have iOS 7 Beta (legitimately) installed on my device. Now if I try to "Activate" my iPhone by entering my Apple ID and password, it tells me, that the "Activation Servers" are currently not working and i should try later. Now I fear, that this problem will persist. I am not able to Backup my iPhone via iTunes as i get an error that tells me that iTunes does not have access to the iPhone. Therefore i cannot Restore my iPhone due to Data loss.

Is there ANY possibility to either get through this process without data loss OR to backup my iPhone in this state?
