Activation server is unavailable...how to get past this?

Aftern holding the sleep/wake button and home button, my iPhone running a legit version of iOS 7, needs to be activated to use it....I have never jail broken or hacked my device. I've tried to use iTunes to restore to a backup from before the iOS 7 developer preview was launched, np but iTunes Saudi must turn off fFind my iPhone in order to do this. How can I get past this? Should I bring it to my carrier or the Apple Store? Could I do a remote wipe and then restore from my last iCloud backup?

Thanks

iPhone 5, iOS 7

If you have a "legit" version of iOS 7 would mean you are a registered developer. The iOS 7 BETA is for registered developers ONLY. As a registered developer, you have access to a dedicated discussions area for registered developers along with having access to the appropriate Apple personnel to report bugs, etc. With an iOS BETA, Apple recommends installing the BETA on an iPhone or iOS device. that is used for testing purposes only.
