On Ipod Touch, I forgot my 2 step verification question answers. How do I reset them, turn them off or somethign?

I forgot the answer to my verification questions. According to the FAQ section you can turn off the 2 step verification. When following that process I do not see the option to turn on or off that feature. Can you reset the questions, or answers without knowing what the previous answers were?
