Safari is not working on ipad but is on my other mobile devices, what could be the problem?
1. Close all apps in the Task Bar. Double-click the Home button and hold apps down for a second or two. Tap the minus sign to close app.
2. Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down until you see the Apple Logo.
Can you explain what you mean by "not working"?
it will not open websites although i get my email and am able to use web based apps
i rebooted but still no luck
Did you try closing all inactive apps in the Task Bar?
Do this first, and then read Diavonex's post above - and perform those steps as well.
Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data.
After you perform all three steps, try Safari again.

You can't re-install Safari.

I did clear all then close all then reboot. still no safari
my ipad is out of warranty and they said its $20 for a one time tech support, if i cant reinstall safari is there another way paying would help me?
