iPhone 5 Alarm Not Working Right, Please Help

I just upgraded to an iPhone 5 and on my iPhone 4 I had a daily alarm set that went off at 9:00AM and 3:00PM everyday. Since upgrading to the iPhone 5 my alarm has continued to go off as previously set up but today when I went into the 'Alarm' part of the clock to turn it off it says there are no alarms set on my phone. Where exactly is this old alarm setting and how do I find it and turn it off? I no longer need this alarm going off everyday.
