I need to be refunded for an App that I purchase and it wasn't what the app claim to be. how do I do this?

I purchase an Application from itunes. The name of the App is Voice Dream. On the light version of it said that customers will get access to other speakers once you purchase the the full version. I did purchase the full version and when I open it, It wants to charge me any where between $1.99 and $3.99 for the speakers. I paid $9.99 for the application and I want my money back. How can I do this?
