My iMac may be Cloned

Apple Care says the crashes, which are showing up in the Diagnostics, are not Apple Apps. Would anyone know how this could be related to Apple Care restoring Lion on my iMac several times? I have heard the word cloning while in an Apple Service Center, but am not sure if that's what is happening here.

iMac (21.5-inch Mid 2011), iOS 6.1, USB & FireWire

Cloning has nothing to do with how Apple restores the OS. Cloning is making a copy onto another volume that looks and acts like the original. Cloning is what a user does to provide a backup of his current boot volume, so that it'll boot and act like thye original. See these for details:
