Export from iCal to Excel

I've looked at some of the answers on here but none seem to help my problem.

I use iCal and have appts from 10am - 8pm practically every 15 mins.

I use the following fields in iCal for the following data:

Event Title: Name of person

location: Reservation Code

from: start time of appt

to: end time of appt

note: this is where we will write the prospects fitness goals and also their mobile number

When the appt has come in and signed up with us, i delete them from the calendar.

Those that don't show to their appointment stay in the calendar and i'll follow this up with calls and SMS. As you can imagine this can build up pretty quick and means having to send an SMS to loads of people, doing this 1 by 1 is very time consuming.

I want to be able to export the data to Excel, so i can then copy the column which has the mobile phone numbers in, then use our SMS software to do a bulk SMS.

Any help on how to get this data would be very much appreciated!
