Q: Hi,

Hi,

My iPhone 4s become realy slow in cellular data and sometimes also on WiFi. On the upper left corner shows my provider name, signal strenght and in the recent time it is a E instead of 3G. I have reset the phone, try to reset network settings but it still exists. Can you please help?

So it seems the iPhone does not connect to 3G but will run on the Edge network instead which is definitely slow. Now in terms of steps to try and resolve the issue with the cellular data all steps can be found in the link below:
