How do I import key commands from Logic 9 to Logic X?

I have downloaded key commands from a friend. They're very good and convenient and I would like to not set them all manually. That'll take a long time.

So he just told me to download his key commands, and he showed me how to import them. However we couldn't export them. We think this is because we are using two different versions of Logic. He's using Logic 9 and I'm using Logic X. Is there a way to import his key commands or do we have to do it all manually?

Mac mini, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

Hi

You'll need to Export them from LP9, put that file on your Mac somewhere handy, then import into LPX (navigating to wherever you put the LP9 keycommand file) Works fine here

Looks like you may have done that, but the file you are trying to import has ".xml" on the end. Remove that so it's called "myname.logikcs"
