Does the Magnet on my iPhone5 Cover empty my battery?

Dear all

Since i have the New Cover with a Magnet to close the Cover, my battery is empty after 8h (not using the phone during this period).

Is the Magnet responsible?

Since there are covers that extend the live of a battery by magnets, i'm worried that this works both ways...

Sorry Rudegar. You cannot charge a cpu. You can provide power to it to enable it to function, but it has no means of storing a charge.

it's pretty common knowledge that all IC (Integrated circuit) chips have capacitors connected to their power supply to provide them with a stable current so you "charge" all chips in all devices
