I would like to know how to delete an Apple ID and password off my IPOD. My stepdaughter use my Ipod and enter her information creating and ID and password. I can't update my Ipod due to her can not remember what her password was. Can anyone help me figure this out.....

I really do not understan what you mean. The ID is used in the following places. y can go there and sing out of existng ID and sign into another one
Settings>Messages>Send and Receive
Settings>FaceTime
Settings>iCloud if you want her to have separate Contacts Calendar and some other things.
Settings>iTunes and App stores
Settings Game Center
You can also delete any apps purchased with here account if you want.
Okay, I'll explain it better. When I go to the App Store and select updates, then select all updates. It'sasking for Apple ID password. Which my stepdaughter yahoo id is there, but she can't remember the password. I've tried everything to try to delete her Apple ID.
So is there away I can update my Ipod?
That indicates that you have apps that need updating that were purchased from that account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
