Can anyone help me low load my old stuff

What stuff? Apps and iTunes content? Make sure you are signed in with the same AppleID you purchased them with, then from the App and itunes store apps redownload them from the Purcahses sections.
Apps and movies so I have my iPad can I download my old stuff ,or do I have to go to a computer and download it to it then plug the iPad in to the computer and download it to it that way or can I some how just use my wifi and iPad I hope you can understand me thanks
You should be agble to do it directly from the iPad assuming you have a WiFi connection.
