There has been a problem with apple servers for number of day.
It would appear that you need to sign out of match, close iTunes then relaunch and then sign back into match.

Aug 10, 2013 7:02 AM in response to Top1Dog525by 3raser,Turning off iTunes match, exiting iTunes, restarting iTunes and then turning iTunes match back on fixed it for me this morning. This was at 10 AM EST using a Macbook Pro with iTunes 11.0.4

After many hours it worked. now though, I've been trying to get iTunes Match to run since the 8th and it keeps timing out with an error at 1. I've tried must posted suggestions to no avail. After reading that I'm not the only one, I'm going to wait before doing something drastic like removing and reinstalling iTunes. MacBook Pro. Madison WI.
