Q: iTunes Match Not Syncing!

Both my boss and I have been trying for the past two days to upload music to iCloud from our MacBook Airs but to no avail.  We both tell iTunes to add the songs to iCloud but it continues to get stup at "Sending Information to Apple" until it finally errors out.  Has anyone else been having this issue lately or know of a way to resolve it?

    same issue here, itunes match won't connect/sync. from  south FL

    I had this problem for about 6 months. iTunes Match would get stuck at step 1 and just keep restarting. It wasn't until I tried to stream to my AppleTV that I realized it was actually my router. I tried going into the firewall and forwarding the ports Apple suggested, but still nothing. I finally got rid of my D-Link DIR-855 and bought a Buffalo router. As soon as I plugged in the new router everything worked perfectly. iTunes Match, streaming to Apple TV, and WiFi sync.

     

    It's worth a shot trying a friend's router. If you use the one by your cable provider just let them know you want to use your own and they should allow it.
