Iphone 5 with upper left corner of screen popped out. Can it be fixed?

I am on a pretty small budget so when my mom broke her iPhone she gave it to me to try to fix and keep. She dropped it and the screen popped out in the upper left corner, but nothing is cracked or chipped but all you see is a black screen. It doesn't work at all. I have tried pushing it in as hard as I dare, does anyone have any ideas that wont cost me over $100? The phone itself still works...you can turn it on vibrate or ring and my mom said Siri worked until she switched her service to a new phone.
