ITunes Match

I am stuck on step two. It got to 5290 songs of 7378 songs checked and goes no further. It has been stuck there for about 24 hours. Any suggestions?

I'm stuck in step 3 for two days. Spoke to Apple support they could not help. iTunes Match line is busy.

I have a ton of music that is not in the itunes format. If I use Match, will that upload my music in the itunes format for my apple devices?
