How do I fix my wifi?

My wifi is no longer enabled on my iPhone 4S. It is grated out and will not allow me to turn it on. I've tried turning the phone on and off, turning airplane mode on and off, and resetting the network and all other settings and it is still not working. Any advice? Thank you!
