My MBP suddenly stopped working.
It was sleeping and when I decided to use it, it doesn't turn on at all.
The charger's LED indicator doesn't work either, or any of the lights in the computer.
I don't know if a SMC reset can help fix it? Help..?

The only way you will know if you do it! If it doesn't work, then post back.
You could try a reset of the SMC but I doubt that it will do any good...
...what exactly happens when you power up the machine? Can you boot into your Recovery partition (holding down the command and R keys whilst rebooting)? If not, can you boot into Internet Recovery (holding down the command, option and R keys whilst booting)?

That's never good. From personal experience, it sounds like the battery died. Take it to the Genius Bar. Best of luck.
I've tried booting it up normally, and nothing happens.

Yep, that's definitely a dead battery. Talk it into an Apple store and get support. Do you still have it under warranty?
What's the sad part is that I barely bought this around May lol... and now I have a failed battery.
I'm sure I'm still covered. Too soon though.

Don't try to remove the battery - it's not a user replaceable item on your model.
I don't really think that the problem is the battery, though. However, taking it in to an Apple Store or AASP is a wise move as they can run extensive diagnostics on the machine, unavailable to the standard user.

Well I got laptop fixed!
Turned out it was actually the SMC acting up instead of a bad battery *wipes tears of joy*
I´m having the same problem, but I tried reseting the SMC but it didn´t work. Do you know how it was fixed?
