How to get the Unlock screen without using Home or Wake up or Volume buttons? I need to know is there a way using gestures or tapping some numbers of times on the screen or the corners to get the Unlock screen?
It would be helpful if we can get some new ideas to use or even develop if not exists.

You have to use a physical button inorder to unlock the phone.
However you can lock the phone, use siri and various other fetures without clicking any physical button.
Simply go to the settings App on your iPhone, Clock General>Accessibility> Assistive Touch> On.
You can control the iPhone only with the screen without using any Physical button.

But, still there should be an update to have a feature like this in order avoid buttons' issues, which occur on frequent usage. Like, tapping the screen continuously for 4 or times should display the Unlock screen.
Any other suggestions please...
Unortunately, there's nothing like that now
Press the top (sleep/wake) or the Home button, there is no tapping the screen to get to the lock screen since the screen is OFF.
