Aug 10, 2013 12:34 AM in response to DarioNiessenby King_Penguin,Try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history to contact iTunes Support about it : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via the Store > View Account menu option and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that app and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, about 24 hours).
If the 'report a problem' link doesn't work (it's been taking some people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) then you can try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Aug 10, 2013 2:30 PM in response to DarioNiessenby bcgl,THIS APP IS A HOAX.
I had the exact same issue. I can't believe a closed system like IOS is having an issue like this. I have tried reporting the purchase but the system autmatically closed my report and told me to visit developer's site. Which i am sure is a guy who found a little security hole through Apples approval system.
I hope some real people will read the report which i sent through the Itunes reporting system on their webpage also. I am afraid to get another automated message from Apple telling me that i am the fool that is not happy with his purchase.
I can't believe this happening on an Apple system. Which i was really thinking that i was in a closed and secure system. Apple shouldn't lose the precious thrust of people by these little tricks of evil people.

Aug 11, 2013 4:42 PM in response to DarioNiessenby yohanfernando,I had the same problem today.
I noticed after sometime the app disappears from the phone. When checked under my purchased items in the app store via the phone it is shown as in iCloud with the 'birds of steel' icon. But when you download it again you get the same 'project-x' game.
If you search for the 'birds of steel' app in the iphone search 'project-x' comes up.
This is outrages.
I've written to Apple support. Let's see what they've got to say about this.
Do you know if you've been charged £1.99 for this app ?

Dec 20, 2013 2:52 AM in response to DarioNiessenby CHampf,Got this same problem yesterday. What concerns me is that these posts prior to mine are FOUR months old and someone still is scaming people with the same hoax app. How come has this not been resolved!?

Dec 20, 2013 3:06 AM in response to CHampfby bcgl,I can't believe they haven't removed this hoax app from store. I have sent a long and explanatory email to itunes support and they refunded the money to me. But i was hoping it was some kind of help to community. It seems appstore is NOT SECURE anymore?
This is really weird.
