itunes U course manager portal blank page

When I try to access the itunes U course manager portal from the itunes instruction page: "How to access the itunes U course manager," all I get is a blank page. Does anyone know how to access this another way? I get the same result when I try to open from https://itunesu.itunes.apple.com.
