OS X Update Alerts

I have completed this update twice and it keeps prompting me to update again. Is anyone else having this problem?

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.4)

A lot of people have had problems.

Download and install the combo updater: http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1659

Also check the  About this Mac to see what OS is installed. If it 10.8.4, then you can hide the update if Barney's suggestion doesn't fix the problem.
