Q: Candy Crush won't let me buy extras!?

When I am playing Candy Crush and want to buy more moves, etc., I keep getting "Your purchase could not be completed" and says to contact www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/. It accepts a request to buy lives, but will not let me buy extras!! I can't find anything to help me out. My ID and password and payment info are all correct. Anybody else have these problems? What can I do?

iPhone 4, iOS 6.1.3

I am having the exact same problem and cannot find a solution. If you hear of anything please let me know. Very frustrating !!!
