My MacBook Pro freezes with a white screen after I log in.

READ THIS FOR A SULOUTION!!!!!

1. Turn off your mac
2. When its off - Press and hold the option key (alt) and turn on your mac, keep hold the option key
3. When its in safemode do this:
4. Go to systemsettings
5. Users and groups
6. Login in items
7. Highlight all third-party apps - or one by one
8. Press on the minus.
9. Turn off your mac and turn it back on again.

After I updated my Mac Pro there was a white screen with words and numbers on the left side of the screen and I was not able to login can someone please help me solve this big problem :) Thanks
