Missing my purchased books? Can't find them in the cloud, or in the purchased/to download tab

I recently, synced my iPod Touch to a different library of mine, on my old computer. Hence, I lost all my other content. But when I went to iTunes on my iPod to download my purchased stuff from the purchased tab, I couldn't find any of my old albums, or books, or tv shows (I purchased) except for my most recent songs, and a book I bought last week. In fact, when it says the number of songs I've purchased, it says four. Which is a drastic difference from the 100 or so I actually have purchased.

My music isn't really a problem, for I've simply imported the missing songs to the library on my old computer, from my Mac and synced again, but the books I've purchased aren't showing up on iBooks, and I didn't have them synced to my Mac. Which is extrmeley annoying.
