If they are no longer in your library, then depending upon what country that you are in then you might be able to re-download them via the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPad. If you are in a country where you can re-download films and they don't show there and they are still in your country's store then you could check to see if they are hidden : hiding and unhiding (you can't currently hide or unhide items directly on iOS 6 devices but you should be able to see what is hidden and be able to download from the hidden list).

If you aren't in a country where films can be re-downloaded, or they are no longer in your country's store or the film studio doesn't allow re-downloading, then do you have copies of them on your backup of your downloads ?
