My Ipod touch or iPhone 4s do not show up in itunes. However, windows does recognize the devices. I ned help in getting itunes recognize my devices. I have tried updating itunes to the latest software with no results.

Thanks for your suggestions, However, I still cannot sync my devices. I wasnt having this issue a week ago. I unin stalled all apple software and reinstalled aas you sugested.

I tried connectiong to my laptop and the itunes on that unit does recognize my device. I also did the Device sync test on the computer im having an issue with and everything sync properly except for the device.
Post the results of the sync tests. It is obvious that it does not sync since you said tha. The results may give a clue of why.
The results of the "run diagnostics sync test" gave the following results:
No Ipod Touch, Iphone or Ipad found. No other information was provided in the results.
