can't turn on my mac pro

I can't eem to turn on my mac pro. I have unplugged the power cord and replugged it back in. I have tried a different outlet...using one I knew was good because my printer was hooked into that outlet but still nothing. Any ideas. it is only 2 1/2 years old.

So you have a Mac Pro 5,1 2010 - that tells us more than "it is 2.5 yrs old"

In addition to unplugging, it is not enough if you also do not press the power on button on the front for 5-10 seconds, along with unplug any and all cables (even if nothing is plugged in on that cable).

One other thing, don't use a Mac Pro w/out a 900W SMART UPS.
