cannot restore
My iphone wont turn on so i reset it and it says the iphone is not eligible for the request build
what to do next?

Try putting it into Recovery Mode. Hold down the Home button while plugging the phone into your computer to sync (the phone needs to be off to do this). A message will appear, saying, "iTunes has detected a device in Recovery Mode." Click through the prompts to restore the phone.
