If you have already completed the steps for troubleshooting this issue in the article you have linked to this post, then you will want to continue with troubleshooting this issue as an iTunes for Windows issue and see the steps contained in this article:

The outbound internet connection speed is causing the itunes to crash. Throttling it to a smaller value allows itunes match to work correctly. I've tested this with mine and it works with large files too.

My itunes was crashing every time under Windows 8.1 64 bit. Setting the outbound throttle for bandwidth to a fraction of the total available fixed it.
