I movie music clips wont play and I just finished my movie, settings are screwed up... I need help

i just finished making a movie and all my music clips i put in aren't working, and some of the clips I had the audio turned off are now on? I try and drag music clips into the movie and they won't play. I have 24 hours to get this movie uploaded... Help! Some of my video clips have sound and some don't. I am royally screwed cause I need to upload this by monday to go into production..... any ideas?
