My application and iTune iconhas disappeared off my home screen on my iPhone5
My application and iTune icons has disappeared of my home screen can someone please advise

Swipe left of the Home screen and type iTunes in the search field.
iTunes is a pre installed Apple app that cannot be deleted so it must be on one of your screens.
